Virginia Democrats have no limits.

Virginia Democrats have no limits.

Virginia Democrats have no limits.

Far left Virginia Democrats want no limits

when it comes to abortion.

They have, multiple times, supported allowing abortion up until the moment of birth for any reason. They voted for an amendment that would enshrine limitless abortion in Virginia’s constitution.

They want Virginia to be like Colorado, where current law allows doctors to perform abortions at 30 weeks (about 7 months) simply because the mother doesn’t want to have a girl. [Atlantic, 5/12/23]

Here’s what ABC 13 reported on the far left efforts to remove all limits on abortion in Virginia.

Virginia Democrats have no limits.

Virginia Democrats have no limits.

The bill was introduced by Delegate Kathy Tran, was sponsored by her Democrat colleagues, and would, to her own admission, allow abortions even while a woman is in labor and dilating. Just listen to her answers when asked about how far this bill would go.

And, of course, Virginia’s Democrat Governor Ralph Northam defended this policy at the time, even when pressed about allowing an

abortion while a woman is in labor.

If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated, if that is what the mother and the family desired. And then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.
— Ralph Northam

This is no limit, late-term abortion that is allowed for no other reason than a doctor certifying that giving birth would “impair” a woman’s mental health.

Abortion after a baby can feel pain.

Abortion after a baby can live on its own outside the womb.

Abortion until the moment of birth.

This is what Virginia Democrats support….

and it’s too extreme for Virginia.

Thankfully Republicans are offering a common sense approach

“I think where common sense brings us together is around a 15-week bill that protects life when a child can feel pain… I believe in exceptions in the case of rape, incest, and when the mother’s life is at risk.”

— Governor Glenn Youngkin
